THE HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE RAMESH RANGANATHAN AND THE HON'BLE SMT JUSTICE T.RAJANI Writ Petition No.10843 of 2004 ORDER: (Per the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Ramesh Ranganathan) This writ petition is filed questioning the Andhra Pradesh (Regulation of Appointments to Public Services and Rationalisation of Staff Pattern and Pay Structure) Act, 1994 (Amendment) Ordinance, 2003 dated 30.12.2003. Subsequently, the said Ordinance was replaced by an Act.

Sri G.V.Shivaji, learned counsel for the petitioners, would submit that the petitioners have questioned the validity of the Act by way of a subsequent writ petition.

It is evident, therefore, that the cause in the writ petition does not survive necessitating any further adjudication by this Court. The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall also stand dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
