Petitioner challenged the order of transfer dated 17.06.2010 in the Writ Petition.

This Court, by order dated 07.07.2010 made in W.P.M.P.No.20015 of 2010 in W.P.No.15909 of 2010, granted interim direction as prayed for i.e., to continue the petitioner by suspending the impugned proceedings.

Learned counsel for the petitioner informs the Court that the Writ Petition was disposed of by order dated 13.10.2011. 4.

Learned counsel for the respondents also informs the Court that by order dated 13.10.2011, petitioner was continued in compliance of the interim orders.
