This petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (for short, 'the CrPC') by the Petitioner who is respondent in M.C.No.54 of 2011 on the file of the Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge for trial of Jubilee Hills Car Bomb Blast Case-cumAdditional Family Court, Hyderabad seeking to withdraw and transfer the case (M.C.No.54 of 2011) to Ranga Reddy district.

2. Heard both sides and with the consent of both sides, the Case(M.C.No.54 of 2011) on the file of the Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge for trial of Jubilee Hills Car Bomb Blast Case -cumAdditional Family Court, Hyderabad is transferred to Judge, Principal Family Court, City Civil Court, Hyderabad with a direction to dispose of the case within one month preferably from the date of receipt of this order. If it is not disposed of within the stipulated time, extension can be sought with reasons.

3. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. Consequently, miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in this Petition shall stand closed.
