This petition is filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. by the petitioners/accused Nos.9, 16 and 17 seeking anticipatory bail in Crime No.61 of 2015 on the file of the Station House Officer, Tenali I Town Police Station, Guntur Rural.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the petition.

Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
