SEETHARAMA MURTI M.A.C.M.A.No.2 2 5 7 of 2 0 1 7 ORDER:- This Motor Accident Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is filed by the appellant/ insurance company, under Section 173 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988, assailing the Award, dated 16.05.2016, of the learned Chairman, Motor Vehicle Accident Claims Tribunal - cum - Principal District Judge, Karimnagar, passed in M.V.O.P.No.1 of 2015.

The Learned counsel for both the sides would submit that the matter is settled out of Court and that an Award has been passed by the Lok Adalat Bench at Hyderabad.

In view of the above, this appeal is disposed of in terms of the Award, dated 08.07.2017, passed by the Lok Adalat Bench at Hyderabad, in MACMA (SR) No.35491 of 2014 arising out of M.V.O.P.No.1 of 2015 on the file of the Chairman, Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal - cum - Principal District Judge, Karimnagar. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this appeal shall stand closed.
