THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.1309 OF 2017 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed challenging the registration of crime No.2 of 2017, dated 03.01.2017 by the fourth respondent pursuant to the complaint made by the fifth respondent. The fifth respondent lodged a complaint against the petitioners for assaulting the forest staff while discharging their duties.

A reading of the complaint shows that the crime was registered on a prima facie satisfaction of the allegations mentioned in the complaint. In view of the same, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the registration of crime. It is needless to observe that the fourth respondent shall follow due process of law while investigating the crime. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
