This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the order dated 03.11.2011 in I.A.No.1169 of 2011 in O.S.No.248 of 2007 on the file of the Court of the Senior Civil Judge at Karimnagar.

As per the office note, the above suit was disposed of on 02.07.2012.

Learned counsel for the petitioners also submitted that the purpose of filing the revision petition has become infructuous. In view of the office note as well as the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
