HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No.45202 of 2016 ORDER:
This writ petition is filed seeking a writ of mandamus declaring the action of respondents 5 to 13 in not obeying the orders of the 3rd respondent and consequent direction of the 3rd respondent to the 4th respondent in not following the same and not passing orders on the petitions filed by the petitioners before the 2nd respondent as illegal and arbitrary, and consequently, direct the 4th respondent to take appropriate action in pursuant to the orders of the 3rd respondent in A.O.S.No.1 of 2015 dated 27.06.2015.
Heard and perused the material available on record. Though several allegations are made in the writ petition, the learned counsel for the petitioners after arguing for sometime confined his arguments to the extent of giving a direction to 4th respondent to implement the orders of 3rd respondent dated 27.06.2016.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on merits, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent to strictly implement the orders of the 3rd respondent passed in A.O.S.No.1 of 2015 dated 27.06.2015 in accordance with law. No costs.
