When the matter is taken up for hearing, the Standing Counsel for APSRTC has informed that the suspension orders of the petitioner were revoked and the petitioner is discharging his duties. 2.

The counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner was illegally suspended from service. Challenging the suspension orders, the present Writ Petition is filed.

In view of the above, the Writ Petition is dismissed. 4.
