ORDER

Challenging the inaction of respondent Nos.2 to 5 in registering the complaints dated 6.8.2016, 25.10.2016 & 9.11.2016 given by the petitioner against respondent Nos.6 & 7, the present writ petition is filed.

Learned Government Pleader for Home, based on the written instructions, submits that the complaint lodged by the petitioner was registered as a case in Cr.No.20 of 2017 by the Station House Officer, Luxettipet Police Station, Mancherial District, for the offence punishable under Section 338 IPC and investigation is in progress.

In view of the aforesaid submission, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
