HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No. 8764 OF 2003 ORDER :

When the matter is taken up for hearing, none appeared for the petitioners and that the petitioners are challenging the action of the respondents 1 and 2 in imposing the conditions of getting attestation on Service Certificates and not accepting applications without attestation on their Service Certificates issued by the concerned School Management as illegal and arbitrary.

This Hon'ble Court was pleased to grant interim directions on 02.05.2003, directing the respondents to receive the applications of the petitioners, without insisting on attestation or counter signatures by the officials of the Education Department, provided the selections have not been finalized.

In view of the interim orders, this court is of the considered view that, no further orders are necessary in this Writ Petition and the Writ Petition is accordingly closed.
