Heard the counsel for petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies (Andhra Pradesh) for respondents.

2. This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India challenging the order dt.27.03.2015 passed by 2nd respondent suspending the authorization of petitioner as a Fair Price Shop dealer for Shop No.45 situate at Janapadu Village, Piduguralla Mandal, Guntur District.

3. It is not disputed that show-cause notice dt.19.02.2015 had been issued to petitioner and explanation dt.28.02.2015 has also been submitted by petitioner thereto. Even though considerable time has elapsed since then, the enquiry into the matter is not concluded.

4. In these circumstances, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing 2nd respondent to complete the enquiry, pending against petitioner in respect of the charge contained in the show-cause notice dt.19.02.2015 within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, positively.

5. The impugned order of suspension shall be subject to final orders in such enquiry to be passed by 2nd respondent.

6. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of with the above

directions. No order as to costs.

7. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
