THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.27402 of 2018 ORDER:

Heard learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Excise for the respondents. It is stated by the Counsel on both sides that the issue raised in this Writ Petition is covered by the Order, dated 20.12.2017, passed in W.P.No.43147 of 2017.

Therefore, for reasons alike, the present Writ Petition is also disposed of, directing the petitioner to make an appropriate application before the Deputy Commissioner of Prohibition and Excise, Warangal (R.2) enclosing thereto a Fixed Deposit Receipt for Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) drawn in favour of the 2nd respondent on any nationalized bank, and on such application being made by the petitioner, the subject stock afore-stated shall be given to the interim custody of the petitioner.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of with the above directions. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending consideration, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
