THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.27455 of 2018 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri Sampath Prabhakar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel, appearing for the respondents.

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the issue, in the present Writ Petition, is squarely covered by a common order, dated 04.12.2017, passed by this Court in W.P.Nos.36687 of 2017 & batch. A copy of the said order is placed on record, the penultimate paragraph of which reads as under:

"In view of the same, where the petitioners have not consented for acquisition of the properties, the respondents have to follow due process of law as envisaged under the provisions of Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013. Only after following the said procedure, the respondentauthorities shall demolish and evict the petitioners from their respective properties. In case the petitioners give consent for acquisition, the respondent-authorities may proceed further on the basis of consent given by them".

Following the above said order, and for the reasons recorded therein, this Writ Petition is also disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
