CVNR,J & GSP,J CMA.No.36 of 2008 JUDGMENT : (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V. Nagarjuna Reddy) This appeal is filed against the judgment and decree dated 14.03.2007 in O.P.No.39 of 2006 on the file of the Senior Civil Judge, Jangaon, Warangal District.

On 03.01.2018 the case was adjourned as no one appeared on behalf of the appellant. Even today, there is no representation for the appellant.

At the hearing, Sri M. Raja Malla Reddy, learned counsel for the respondent, submitted that after filing of the appeal, the appellant has taken the respondent back is to his company and both are living together. Learned counsel for the appellant is not present to controvert this submission.

From the repeated absence of the learned counsel for appellant, it is reasonable to presume that the latter is not interested in pursuing the appeal.
