When the matter is called, there is no representation in the morning session. In the afternoon session also, when the matter is called, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners. As a matter of fact, even on 20.11.2017 also there was no representation on behalf of the petitioners. Therefore, the matter was listed under the caption " for dismissal." In spite of listing the matter under 'dismissal caption', there is no representation. Therefore, the writ petition is dismissed for default. No costs. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
