Aggrieved by the action of the 3rd respondent in not conducting investigation in Cr.No.232 of 2015, which was registered based on the complaint of the petitioner, the present writ petition is filed. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions of Sub Inspector of Police, Mellacherucu Police Station, Nalgonda District, stating that the above said crime has been investigated into, and charge sheet was filed and the case is number as C.C.No.237 of 2016 dated 6.5.2016 on the file of Judicial First Class Magistrate, Huzurnagar and the same is pending for trial. Recording the above statement made in the written instructions, writ petition is disposed of.

Interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
