This writ petition is filed seeking Mandamus declaring the action of the respondent Nos.2 & 3 refusing to issue hall tickets to the students studied in the petitioner college for M.Ed., course for the academic year 2016-17, as illegal and arbitrary.

At the time of arguments, both the counsel submitted that the purpose of filing of the writ petition has become infructuous. Recording the above submission, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand dismissed.
