THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT ASMP No.1355 of 2016 IN/AND APPEAL SUIT No.914 of 2011 ORDER:

Vide ASMP No.1355 of 2016, the petitioners seek permission to record the terms of compromise in A.S.No.914 of 2006 and accordingly dispose of the appeal as per the terms of compromise. A copy of memo of compromise has been placed on record along with this petition.

When the matter is taken up, learned counsels appearing on behalf of the parties, on instructions, jointly state that the matter has been compromised between the parties out of the court. The parties are present before the Court.

Accordingly, this ASMP No.1355 of 2016 is ordered and Appeal Suit is disposed of in terms of the compromise. The compromise memo shall form part of this order. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Appeal suit petition shall stand dismissed.
