This revision petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is filed challenging the orders dated 12.12.2011 in I.A.No.5 of 2010 in O.S.No.33 of 2006 on the file of the Court of II Additional Junior Civil Judge, at Medchal, Ranga Reddy District.

As per office note, O.S.No.33 of 2006 was disposed of on 19.01.2015. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the purpose of filing of this petition has become infructuous. In view of the office note as well as the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the present Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
