THE HON'BLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE SRI KALYAN JYOTI SENGUPTA AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR PUBLIC INTEREST LITIGATION NO.62 OF 2015 ORDER: (per the Hon'ble The Chief Justice Sri Kalyan Jyoti Sengupta) After hearing the learned counsel for the parties appearing before us, we dispose of the writ petition directing the second respondent to enquire into the complaint made by the petitioner. While doing so, if he finds the complaint has merit, then obviously action shall be taken against the concerned in accordance with law, after giving an opportunity of being heard. The entire exercise shall be completed within eight weeks from the date of communication of this order.
Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There will be no order as to costs.
