There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. 2.

The prayer sought in the writ petition is as under:- "....to issue a writ order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, by declaring the action of the respondent Nos.4 to 7 in harassing the petitioner at the instigation of respondent No.8, as illegal, arbitrary and against the principles of natural justice and violative of Article 14, 19 and 21 of Constitution of India. Consequently to direct the respondent Nos.4 to 7 not to harass the petitioner at the instigation of the respondent No.8 and provide protection from his hands and pass such other order or orders as may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case." 3.

Learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 7 placed on record the written instructions issued by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Rajenderanagar Police Station, Cyberabad. 4.

From a perusal of the said written instructions, it is revealed that as per the records, no complaint or case of whatsoever is received or registered against the petitioner on the file of the Rajendranagar Police Station. It is further mentioned that this Court on 03.09.2014 directed the police not to interfere in civil disputes pending between the petitioner on the one hand and the 8th respondent on the other hand and the 6th respondent shall abide by the interim orders passed by this Court. To prevent the police from taking any action in the event of lodging of any complaint against the petitioner, she filed the present writ petition with false allegations.

Learned Government Pleader on instructions submits that the respondent police never harassed or interfered with the life and liberty of the petitioner at any point of time.

In that view of the matter, this Court is of the opinion that no further cause would survive in the writ petition and the same is liable to be closed.

Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. No order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
