ORDER:

This contempt case is filed alleging wilful disobedience of order dt.27.3.2012 in W.P. No.25763 of 2010.

At the hearing, Smt. K. Jayasree, learned counsel, representing Smt. R. Annapurna, learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that after filing of the contempt case, the respondents have passed an order rejecting the petitioner's representation. She has therefore requested for closing the contempt case with liberty to her client to avail a fresh remedy for questioning the order passed by the respondents. The contempt case is accordingly closed with liberty to the petitioner in terms of the prayer made.
