This Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed for the following relief :

" To declare the action of respondents in not issuing New Pattadar Passbook in respect of the land covered in RS.No.61/ A an extent of Ac.8.00 gunts situated at Mallaram Village, Dammapeta Mandal, Bhadradri-Kothagudem District as illegal, arbitrary and contrary to the provisions of ROR Act."

The grievance of the petitioner is that he has submitted a representation dt. 28.06.2018 to Respondent No.3 for issuance of new Pattadar Passbook in respect of the land in RS.No.61/ A in an extent of Ac.8.00 guntas situated at Mallaram Village, Dammapeta Mandal, Bhadradri-Kothagudem District, but Respondent No.3 did not take any action so far.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader appearing for Respondent Nos. 1 to 3. In view of above facts and circumstances, Respondent No.3 is directed to pass appropriate orders on merits on the application of the petitioner in accordance with law within a period of Six (06) weeks and take action accordingly.

With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. The miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this case shall stand closed.
