ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking a direction to respondents 2 to 4 release the vehicle bearing No.AP12-D-9191 (Toyata Qualis) seized on 27.05.2017 to the petitioner.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not aware of the authority with whom the seized vehicle is kept in order to avail the appropriate remedy for its release. Learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submits that the seized vehicle is available with the forest authority and the District Forest Officer concerned can be approached for its release, in accordance with law.

Reserving such liberty, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
