The claim of the petitioner is that he is the absolute owner and possessor of the subject land. Aggrieved by the inaction of the respondents 2 to 4 - revenue authorities, in considering the application filed him through Mee-Seva / A.P. Online dated 1.2.2016 for conducting survey and fixing the boundaries to the subject land, the present writ petition has been filed.
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions of the learned counsel, without expressing any opinion on merits, the writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission directing the respondents 2 to 4 to consider the application of the petitioner dated 1.2.2016 filed through mee-seva, and dispose of the same in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
No costs.
