THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE R. SUBHASH REDDY AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. SHANKAR NARAYANA WRIT PETITION No.23502 OF 2015 ORDER: (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice R. Subhash Reddy) This Writ Petition is filed seeking to direct the 1st respondent to dispose of F.A.No.112 of 2015 filed against the order, dated 03.07.2015, passed in E.A.No.54 of 2010 in C.C.No.799 of 2008 by the 3rd respondent - District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum - II, Hyderabad. It is submitted by the learned counsel for petitioners that to enforce the order passed in the aforesaid C.C., the 4th respondent has filed the aforesaid E.A. and the 3rd respondent, by order, dated 03.07.2015, has disposed of the E.A.. Aggrieved by the same, petitioners have filed an appeal in F.A.No.

112 of 2015 before the State Commission, but as there is no President appointed for the State Commission, the same could not be taken up and as such, the present Writ Petition is filed. As the State Commission is functioning now, we deem it appropriate to dispose of the Writ Petition by permitting the petitioner to pursue the appeal filed before the State Commission. Further, the interim order passed by this Court on 29.07.2015 shall continue to operate for a further period of six (6) weeks from today.

Subject to the above, the Writ Petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed. No costs.
