HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO CONTEMPT CASE NO.720 of 2015 ORDER:

This Court by order dated 18.12.2014 in W.P.No.38986 of 2014 directed not to disburse the compensation amount with reference to premises bearing No.22-5-234 (ground floor and first floor), which is known as 'Hari Bhavan' situated at Kali Kaman, Hyderabad.

Alleging that the orders of this Court are violated, this Contempt Case is filed.

Counter-affidavit deposed by Sri S.Devender Reddy, Chief City Planner, Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation, Hyderabad, filed on behalf of respondents 1 to 4, states in para-5 that the amount was paid to the 5t h respondent on 17.12.2014 through a cheque. It is, therefore, averred that amount was paid prior to the direction issued by this Court and received by respondent No.5. In view of the said statement, it cannot be said that there was a wilful and deliberate disobedience by the respondents warranting initiation and continuation of the contempt proceedings and contempt case is accordingly closed. Miscellaneous petitions if any pending in the contempt case

shall stand closed.
