Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

The petitioner has already filed WP.No.20155 of 2011, when the same was brought to the notice, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file review in the said writ petition. Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as sought for. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
