THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.4731 of 2013 ORDER:

It is represented by the learned Counsel for the parties that the matter was settled out of Court and a copy of the Terms of Compromise is filed in the present Civil Revision Petition. Learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that the impugned order can be set aside in view of the Terms of Compromise. Learned Counsel for the respondent did not raise any objection. Accordingly, the impugned order in the Civil Revision Petition is set aside and the Civil Revision Petition is, accordingly, allowed. The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
