Heard Sri Chaparla Sitaram, Counsel for the petitioner, the learned Government Pleader for Higher Education appearing for respondents 1 & 2, and Sri N.Venkateshwar Rao, Standing Counsel for 3rd respondent.

2. In this Writ Petition, petitioner challenges the action of the respondents in not allowing the students of the petitioner's Institution in B.Ed Course for the academic year 2014-15.

3. Counsel for the petitioner stated that a representation dt.23.01.2016 was submitted by the petitioner to the 2nd respondent seeking permission to allow the students of petitioner's Institution, who are admitted for B.Ed Course for the academic session 2014-15, to participate in the examinations and seek award of degree but no orders have been passed thereon by the 2nd respondent.

4. The Government Pleader for Higher Education states that the 2nd respondent will consider the petitioner's representation and pass orders thereon within four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. In view of the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dt.23.01.2016, seeking permission to its students of B.Ed Course for the academic session 2014-15 to participate in the examinations and seek award of degree, within four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.

6. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
