SUJANA CONTEMPT CASE No.2505 OF 2023 ORDER: (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice K.Lakshman) Heard Sri Y.Srinath Reddy, learned counsel, representing Sri Nageshwar Rao Pujari, leamed counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Venu Kumar, learned counsel appearing for respondents herein.
2. This contempt is filed alleging willful disobedience and violation of the order dated 09.08.2023 passed in W.P.No.20l29 of 2023 by this Court.
3. Vide the aforesaid order, we have directed the respondents not to create any hurdle including locking of the house, nonavailability of the minor child etc. apart from other directions including visitation rights. Now the allegation against the respondents herein is that they have violated the direction No.3 of the aforesaid directions.

The respondents filed counter contending that on ll.ll.2023 at 4.39 P.M., the petitioner's father received a text message from the respondent No.l stating "In view of Divali Festival, we will be out of station for special pooja during visitation period may be exempted visitation on 2nd Sunday.,, According to them, they have not violated the aforesaid order passed by this Court and there is no willful violation.
5. Despite the specific assertion in paragraph No.4 of the counter filed by the respondents herein, the petitioner herein did not file rejoinder adverting the same.
6. In the light of the same, according to this Court, there is no violation much less willful violation of the order dated 09.08.2023. Therefore, this Contempt Case is closed.
Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Co temot Case shall stand closed.
