Chigilipalli Venkata Ramakrishna Rao v. Smt. Chigilipalli Suguna,
THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE G.CHANDRAIAH C.R.P.NO.1440 OF 2015
O R D E R
The petitioner is the husband and the respondent is his wife. Aggrieved by the order dated 2.2.2015 passed by the Judge, Family Court, Visakhapatnam in I.A.No.310/2014 in FCOP.No.779/2012, in directing the petitioner to pay the interim maintenance to the respondent, the present revision is filed.
From the material on record and the impugned order, it could be seen that the respondent filed the main FCOP.No.779/2012 seeking maintenance and filed the present interlocutory application seeking interim maintenance. There is no dispute that the petitioner and the respondent are husband and wife and they were blessed with two sons and owing to disputes they are living separately and the merits of the case will be decided while the disposal of the main O.P. Further admittedly the wife is not employed and the husband is working as Sub Inspector in Railway Protection Force. In these facts and circumstances and pending the disposal of the main petition, the trial court granted an amount of Rs.6,000/- to the wife, towards interim maintenance. I do not find any merit in the revision and the same is dismissed at the stage of admission. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
