This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the order dated 30.10.2014 passed in I.A.No.1753 of 2013 in So.O.P.No.423 of 2011 on the file of the Court of the Principal District Judge, Warangal. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the civil revision petition with liberty to urge the points raised in this revision before the trial Court in view of commencement of trial.

Permission is granted.
