These Civil Revision Petitions are filed by the petitioners/ defendants under Article 227 of Constitution of India, challenging the orders, dated 26-07-2012 passed in C.M.A.Nos.6 and 7 and 2008 in I.A.Nos.460 and 373 of 2007 in O.S.No.165 of 2007 by the I Additional District Judge, Kurnool, setting aside the orders, dated 17-01-2008 passed in I.A.Nos.373 and 460 of 2007 in O.S.No.165 of 2007 by the Prl. Senior Civil Judge, Kurnool.

It is brought to the notice of this Court that O.S.No.165 of 2007 was disposed of by the Prl. Senior Civil Judge, Kurnool on 21-06-2013. Therefore, this Court need not examine the legality of the order at this stage after disposal of main O.S. itself. Hence, I find that these Civil Revision Petitions have become infructuous.
