Learned counsel for the petitioner states that conditions in the interim order have been complied with. On the other hand learned Standing Counsel for respondents 1 and 2 submits that the application submitted by the petitioner dated 20.07.2018 is under consideration. In view of the same, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 20.07.2018. Till disposal of the representation of the petitioner, interim order granted by this Court on 10.08.2018 shall continue. No order as to costs.
