HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.2101 of 2014 ORDER:

In this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C, the petitioners/ A.4, A.5, A.6 and A.7 seek to quash the proceedings in Crime No.248 of 2013 of Kanchanbagh Police Station, Hyderabad, which was registered against them for the offences under Sections 498-A IPC and Sections 3 & 4 of D.P. Act.

2) When the matter came up for hearing, learned Public Prosecutor produced the letter dated 06.02.2018 of Sub-Inspector of Police, Kanchanbagh PS, Hyderabad City and submitted that in this case investigation was completed and charge sheet was filed and case was registered as C.C.No.369 of 2014 on the file of XIII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally and therefore, the petition which is filed to quash the FIR has become infructuous and hence the same may be dismissed.

3) There is no representation for petitioners.

4) In view of the above submission of learned Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
