ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Writ Petition is filed assailing the jurisdiction of respondent No.1-Principal District Judge, Ongole in entertaining LGOP.No.4 of 2010. Writ Petition No.23747 of 2016 filed raising the issues identical to that raised in the present Writ Petition, was dismissed by this Court by order, dated

19.7.2016, with certain observations.

In the light of the above, this Writ Petition is also dismissed with the direction that the reasons and observations contained in the afore-mentioned order shall form part of this order.

As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Petition, WPMP.No.29406 of 2016 filed by the petitioner for interim relief is dismissed as infructuous.
