Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Prohibition and Excise appearing for respondents.

Petitioner made an application on 23-06-2016 to respondent Nos.2 and 3 to run the subject unit permitting the petitioner to sell one lakh liters of rectified spirit etc. which is available with the petitioner. Petitioner contends that no response has been received from respondent Nos.2 and 3.

Learned Government Pleader for Excise appearing for respondents states that 2nd and 3rd respondents will consider the said representation within three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate their decision thereon to the petitioner. 4.

Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
