HON'BLE SMT JUSTICE ANIS CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.95 OF 2008 O R D E R:

This Criminal Revision Case under Section 397 and 401 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short, 'the Code') is filed by the petitioner to set aside the order dated 20-12-2007 passed in Crl.M.P.No.525 of 2007 in M.C.No.88 of 2004 by the learned Judge, Family Court-cum-IV Additional District and Sessions Judge, Vijayawada, Krishna District.

Since there was no representation on 10-02-2015 for the petitioner, the matter was directed to be listed under the caption "for dismissal". Despite listing the matter today under the caption "for dismissal", the petitioner is not present and there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.

3. Hence, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed for non-prosecution. As a sequel thereto, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
