THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.18992 of 2016 ORDER:

The petitioner is an association of officers of respondent No.1. It appears that respondents 1 and 2 have called for options by proceedings dated 24.06.2015 for making tentative allocation of the State cadre employees to be allotted to the respective States consequent to bifurcation of the State. It is the case of petitioner that in the tentative allotment list, the names of K.Sravanthi, V.Prasanna Kumari and V.Padmaja, who belong to the State of Andhra Pradesh, were not allotted to respondent No.1 and the names of P.Venkateshwara Rao and K.Satya Sitaram, who belong to Andhra Pradesh, were allotted to respondent No.1, even though the said candidates opted for respondent No.1 Corporation. Respondent No.2 finalized the list through its proceedings dated 13.11.2015.

The said finalized list contains the names of persons, who opted for respondent No.1 corporation. The individuals and the petitioner association filed representations on 14.11.2015 and 21.11.2015 objecting to the allotment of aforesaid candidates, belonging to Andhra Pradesh, permanently to Telangana State even though they have not figured in the tentative list of allottees to the Telangana State. These lapses were pointed out by the petitioner in its representation dated 26.02.2016. When the said representation was not considered, the present writ petition was filed.

Since this is a matter between the respondents 1 and 2, this Court is not inclined to go into merits of the case. But, in view of the lapses pointed out by the petitioner, it is in the interest of justice that the respondents shall consider the representations of petitioner dated 19.11.2015 and 26.02.2016 in accordance with law

and pass appropriate orders.

Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents to consider the representations of petitioner dated 19.11.2015 and 26.02.2016, hear the affected parties and the petitioner and dispose of the representations in accordance with law within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No order as to costs.
