I.A.No.2 of 2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner/A.4 and learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

This application is filed by the petitioner/A.4 seeking time to comply with the directions issued by this Court in Crl.P.No.12477 of 2025 on 25.09.2025 and I.A.No.1 of 2025 and permit him to surrender before the Hon'ble Judicial Magistrate of First Class at Dammapeta directly instead of Police Station Aswaraopeta.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in compliance of the order dated 25.09.2025, when the petitioner along with sureties and his counsel went to the Aswaraopeta police station, they were made to wait till 7.30 p.m., and instead of complying with the directions of this Court, the police refused to accept the bail order and sureties. Petitioner also filed I.A.No.1 of 2025 seeking extension of time to surrender and this Court granted time till 17.10.2025 but the SHO Aswaraopeta is refusing to accept the sureties and bonds on the ground that they have filed cancellation of bail before this Court. Hence, for no fault of the petitioner, the officials are obstructing in implementation of this Court order. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this application is

allowed permitting the petitioner to surrender before the concerned jurisdictional Court i.e., Judicial Magistrate of First Class at Dammapeta directly instead of SHO, Aswaraopeta Police Station, on or before 25.10.2025.
