ORDER

Challenging the inaction of respondent Nos.2 and 3 in registering the complaint dated 13.01.2017 given by the petitioners against respondent Nos.4 to 7, the present writ petition is filed. Learned Government Pleader for Home, based on the written instructions, submits that the complaint lodged by the petitioners was registered as a case in Cr.No.43 of 2017 by the Station House Officer, Patancheru Police Station, Sangareddy District, for the offences punishable under Sections 447 and 506 read with 34 IPC and investigation is in progress. In view of the aforesaid submission, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
