Order:

This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief:

"to issue a Writ, Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus:

i) to declare the action of the first respondent in attaching and selling the property viz., land to an extent of Acs.2.20 Guntas in Sy.No.223, Ac.0.27 guntas in

Sy.No.267 and Ac.1.28 guntas in Sy.No.268, totalling to Acs.4.15 guntas, situated at Mokanpally Village, Navipet Mandal, Nizamabad District in lieu of the dues payable by the former President Sri P.Ram Babu, who is the husband of the first petitioner, without notice to the petitioner in E.P.No.2 of 2009, dated 12.03.2012, in Form No.9, as illegal, arbitrary, unjust apart from being violative of the principles natural justice; and (ii) to consequently, set aside the same by lifting the attachment, which is alleged to have been made by the second respondent."

At the hearing, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Co-operation (TS), representing the respondents, on instructions, submitted that during the pendency of this Writ Petition, the husband of petitioner No.1 has paid the dues payable by him and that therefore, the respondents have dropped further action for recovery of the amount due.

The above submission of the learned Assistant Government Pleader is placed on record and the Writ Petition is disposed of as infructuous.

As a sequel to disposal of the Writ Petition, interim order, dated 18-04-2012, is vacated and WPMP.No.13798 of 2012, filed by the petitioner for interim relief, is disposed of as infructuous.
