The petitioner has come up with the above civil revision petition seeking a limited relief to direct the Trial Court to dispose of O.P.No.475 of 2016 at the earliest.

2. Heard Mr. K.Jyothi Prasad, learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Considering the limited nature of relief prayed, the civil revision petition is disposed of directing the IV Additional District Judge, Vijayawada, to dispose of O.P.No.475 of 2016 expeditiously, preferably within a period of 4 (four) months. The interlocutory applications, if any, pending in this revision shall stand closed. No costs.
