This Criminal Petition is filed under Sections 437 and 439 of the Code of Criminal procedure, 1973 (for short 'Cr.P.C.) by the petitioner/accused No.6 to enlarge him on bail in connection with Crime No.639 of 2023 on the file of the P. S., Hayathnagar, Rachakonda District, registered for the offence punishable for the offences punishable under Sections 8(c) r/w 2O(b)(iiXC) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent - State. Perused the record 3.

Learned Additional Public prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is involved in 498 similar cases. 4.

This Court is not inclined to grant the relief of bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the Criminal petition is dismissed.
