THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C.V.BHASKAR REDDY Contempt Case NO. 1909 of 2016 ORDER:

This Contempt Case is filed alleging violation of orders passed by this Court dated 28.04.2016 in W.P.No.15210 of 2016. Vide above said order, this Court directed the respondents to consider the representation dated 14.03.2016, made by the petitioner in accordance with law.

Today when the matter is taken up, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.

Sri S.Surendar Reddy, learned standing counsel for respondent No.2 submits that the respondents have considered the representation in compliance of the orders passed by this Court and consequently action also has been initiated against the respondent who proceeded with illegal constructions.

In view of the aforesaid submission, this Contempt Case is closed as no further orders are necessary. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
