This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 Cr.P.C., is filed by the petitioner/Accused to quash the proceedings in Crime No.112 of 2013 of Ardhaveedu Police Station, Prakasam District, registered for the offence punishable under Section 420 of IPC, but subsequently, charge sheet was filed, but not yet numbered.

Therefore, nothing remains for adjudication by this Court in this Criminal Petition.

Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
