THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. SUNIL CHOWDARY TRANSFER C.M.P. No.408 of 2015 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 24 of CPC seeking to withdraw O.S.No.209 of 2012 from the file of Principal Senior Civil Judge's Court, Tenali, Guntur District and transfer the same to any competent Court at Hyderabad or Ranga Reddy.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner even though the matter is listed under the caption 'For Dismissal'. It seems that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the matter.

3. Hence, the TR.CMP is dismissed for non-prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in the transfer petition, shall stand closed.
