THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.25677 of 2008 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief: "to issue writ, order or directions more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Certiorari calling for the records relating to and connected with the order, dated 10-07-2008 of National Commission for Minority Educational Institutions, New Delhi in F.No.432 of 2007/28865, to declare it as unjust, arbitrary, illegal and contrary to law and set aside the same."

In view of the subsequent developments and by afflux of time, in the considered opinion of this Court the cause in this writ petition ceased to exist and nothing survives for adjudication in this matter.

The writ petition is accordingly closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

The Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
